We do not accept returns simply because you ordered the incorrect part. Item is sold as being in good, working condition. Some items may not be legal for on road use, please check the legalities of performance modifications with your local transport authority.
If there is a problem with your item or it does not match the description, please email first to resolve before leaving feedback. If the part is faulty we will attempt to replace it with an equivalent part.
Refund Policy: We do not refund simply because you change your mind about an item or have bought the incorrect item. All items are tested prior to removal and inspected before being sent. If the item is not as stated in the description, we will refund the purchase price. All shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer. We are unable to refund any items that have been fitted or modified in any way and are not in original condition as sent. We do not cover labour costs associated with fitting or removal of this part under any circumstances.

Jack Phillips JDM accepts no responsibility for the goods delivered by couriers or shipping companies once Jack Phillips JDM has obtained the third party receipt for the service.
